Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks and handheld devices.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and numerical tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to maintain reliable attendance and meet availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Operate POS system to scan and process purchases accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays per planograms to maximize sales.
• Maintain clean and organized store areas and follow safety policies.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency goals and loss prevention targets.
• Help with curbside pickup and order fulfillment as required.
• Support team with inventory, pricing, and end-of-day processes.
• Adhere to all ALDI policies and procedures.
