Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at our Appleton, WI store to supervise the team, model exceptional service, and support leadership in delivering memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

The role includes opening/closing responsibilities, coaching associates toward goals, managing scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, and staying current on promotions. Strong communication and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching feedback and help with scheduling to achieve performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and help maintain brand standards.
