Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail management or similar high-volume specialty retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support execution of store initiatives to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Communicate sales performance tools and coach the sales team to improve results.
• Deliver consistent customer service, handle complaints and resolve service issues.
• Support client development and community outreach activities.
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing and team training initiatives.
• Maintain store standards, inventory control and daily operational processes.
• Promote use of selling technology and new ways to shop to drive business.
