Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.

• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers; responds to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Performs cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and open/close duties; reviews payroll docs for accuracy.
• Monitors associate sales activities and productivity; communicates performance, motivates and trains staff.
• Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels and reduce security risks.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; presents merchandise per promotions and standards.
• Supports receipt and dispatch of inventory and supplies per policy.
• Supervises associates in sales, inventory receipt, cash reconciliation, or customer services; prepares weekly schedules within fiscal guidelines.
• Models sales expectations and shares product knowledge; helps locate merchandise per customer needs.
• Builds customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
