Job summary

Lane Bryant in La Habra, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, coach teams, and ensure the store looks fabulous while operations run smoothly.

You will guide your team to exceed customer expectations, drive results, and support onboarding of new associates. Flexible, energetic leaders who love fashion and empowering customers and coworkers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities
