Qualifications

• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Some store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills for daily store operations.
