Job summary

Robert Graham in the United States seeks a dedicated Keyholder to support overall store sales, staff and merchandise while promoting a strong sales culture. You will ensure exemplary service and a positive brand experience for every customer, with weekend availability and a commission-eligible role offering an employee discount.

You will lead by example on the selling floor, develop staff selling techniques, and collaborate with management on events to grow the customer base in a luxury fashion

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury fashion preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and motivate staff to achieve productivity targets.
• Develop associates' sales techniques to maximize sales.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and product lines.
• Lead on the selling floor and collaborate with management on marketing opportunities.
• Plan events to grow the local customer base and drive traffic.
• Ensure world-class customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain client books/databases for targeted service and personalization.
• Hold Store Key and assist with scheduling and operations.
