Robert Graham, a premium American eclectic luxury brand, is seeking a Keyholder to support sales, staff, merchandise, and customer service in-store. You will promote a sales culture and ensure an exemplary store/brand experience for every client while driving productivity and passion for the brand.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, leadership on the selling floor, and collaboration with management to identify opportunities to grow the local customer base.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
• Strong interest in fashion and brand knowledge.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales goals and motivate staff to achieve productivity targets.
• Develop associates' sales techniques and ensure high levels of service.
• Provide product knowledge and sell fluently across the merchandise.
• Lead on-floor selling, collaborate with management on marketing opportunities.
• Support events to grow the local customer base.
