Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and support inventory and visual presentation while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualified candidates show a proven retail background, strong communication and teamwork, and readiness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs, resolving issues, and upholding high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and operational goals while following store policies and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
