Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive store sales through merchandise management, promotions, and meeting targets while maintaining high service standards and store presentation.

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; follow health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals and adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as required.
