Daiso USA in Elk Grove, California is seeking a Store Sales Associate Lead to supervise a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance toward targets.

You will mentor and schedule sales associates, train new staff, meet or exceed sales goals, greet customers, offer product recommendations, resolve issues, and maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor with accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management:
  • Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.

Requirements
