Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Independence, MO is seeking friendly, dependable individuals for a part-time Retail Sales Associate role at about $15.00 per hour. The position offers roughly 25 hours per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

You’ll greet customers, operate the register, restock, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment to support our mission-driven work.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

Schedule

• Approximately 25 hours per week
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Training & Development

• Paid training on register operations and store procedures
• Ongoing coaching and support from store leadership
