Job Objective

Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors, maintain a clean and organized environment, and handle transactions accurately.

Essential Functions

1. Present a professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.
2. Accurately manage the cash drawer, including opening, closing, and balancing, following all money handling procedures.
3. Understand and efficiently operate the Point of Sale system; proficiency should be achieved within three months.
4. Maintain cleanliness at the cash register and throughout the store, including cleaning, straightening, hanging, and restocking.
5. Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
6. Follow all policies regarding merchandise sales.
7. Keep the floor stocked and display new merchandise; meet daily production goals.
8. Be available for a flexible schedule.
