Job Title: Store Sales Associate at Citi Trends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently and handles all cash, checks, and credit cards correctly
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids, and checks
• Maintains store cleanliness and handles maintenance duties
• Provides excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, and inviting return visits
• Follows all safety procedures and maintains a professional appearance
• Assists with merchandising and other tasks as requested
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers
• Assists with Loss Prevention activities, including theft prevention and incident reporting
