Store Sales Associate in Phoenix, AZ (W Thomas Rd)

This position is for Full Time - day shift scheduled within store hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm
• Saturday: 8am - 12pm
• Sunday: Closed

As a Store Sales Associate, you will be the reason our retail and contractor customers return. Your friendly face and outstanding customer service will foster important relationships with both regular and new customers. You will assist with paint-related needs, including placing orders, answering product and color questions, and recommending additional products to help with their projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs, offering solutions.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests.
• Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and orders.
• Keep the store clean and stocked with paint and other products.
• Process orders and payments received in person, by phone, online, or email.
• Use POS system to handle payments and cash out customers.
• Potentially be trained to make local deliveries using a company vehicle.
• Report to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license in the current state of residence with a clean driving record.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented approach and stable job history.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
