A leading insurance company seeks an Agency Leader to foster relationships with Exclusive Agents and Financial Specialists, focusing on business growth and profitability. This virtual role involves recruiting top talent, consulting on business strategies, and navigating market trends. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales leadership experience and strong industry knowledge, making a significant impact on agency performance across multiple states.

Be a leader & deliver results! New Agency Leaders (NALs) are responsible for building & maintaining relationships with Exclusive Agents (EAs) and Exclusive Financial Specialists (EFSs). Your goal is to consult with EAs & EFSs to achieve business objectives, including profitable growth and increased market share within a specific geographic area. This is a home-based opportunity.
Total Cash Compensation (TCC) ranges from $114,500 to $171,800 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The low end includes a base pay of $80,100 plus performance incentives of $34,400 at 100% sales targets. The high end reflects a base pay of $120,200 and incentives of $51,600. Incentive payments are not guaranteed and are governed by the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at Allstate’s discretion.
This is a 100% virtual role supporting agencies in AZ, NM, UT, & CA, with bonus opportunities based on performance.

Annual salary ranges from $83,000 to $114,200, based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate will be required to submit to a background check.
