Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices for customers during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently after sales
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks
• Maintaining store cleanliness and safety procedures
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, and thanking customers
• Assisting with merchandising and loss prevention tasks
• Explaining exchange/refund policies to customers
