Job Title: Store Sales Associate at Citi Trends

Join us at Citi Trends as a Store Sales Associate. We are one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry and are looking for dedicated team members to help us grow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing freight
• Assisting with price changes and markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices for customers during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently upon transaction completion
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and per company policy
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when needed
• Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping duties
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, timely ringing, thanking, and inviting customers to return
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag
• Assisting management with merchandising and tasks as requested
• Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
• Supporting loss prevention efforts, including preventing shoplifting and cash losses, reporting incidents, and following operational policies

Job Requirements
