Job Title: Store Sales Associate at Citi Trends

Join us at Citi Trends as a dedicated Store Sales Associate. We are one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry and are currently expanding. This is a great opportunity to lead the way in retail sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Process freight shipments.
2. Assist with price changes and markdowns.
3. Balance registers according to company policy.
4. Call out prices for customers during transactions.
5. Bag merchandise efficiently.
6. Handle cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and in accordance with company policies.
7. Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks when necessary.
8. Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
9. Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, abiding by fitting room policies, ringing up transactions promptly, thanking customers, and inviting them to return.
10. Follow all safety procedures.
11. Maintain a professional and neat appearance, including wearing a name tag.
12. Assist management with merchandising and stock level management.
13. Support management with tasks as requested per company policy.
14. Explain exchange and refund policies to customers after transactions.
15. Assist Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures, including preventing shoplifting and cash losses, reporting incidents, and following operational policies.

Job Requirements
