Job Title: Store Sales Associate at Citi Trends

Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns
• Balance register according to company policy
• Call out prices for customers at the register
• Bag merchandise efficiently and handle cash, checks, and credit cards correctly
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, and thanking customers
• Assist with merchandising and loss prevention tasks
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers
