Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) role. The position handles store accounting duties, assists in tire and wheel sales, and delivers excellent customer service in line with company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, providing quotes, and supporting inventory, credit programs, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Continuous standing and walking.

Responsabilités

• Greeting customers.
• Discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program.
• Assists with store inventory and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Promotes store sales.
• Asks questions to identify customer wants and needs.
• Refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
