Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) to assist in store accounting, customer service, and tire/wheel sales. The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accuracy in daily operations, and collaboration with qualified team members to resolve customer needs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, quoting products, supporting credit and inventory processes, and driving store sales while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; continuous standing and walking.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• On-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
