The role supports accounting, credit program administration, and inventory while promoting store sales and helping customers with inquiries.

The position emphasizes quick, accurate service, collaboration with team members, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Continuous standing and walking. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers.
• Discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program.
• Assists with store inventory.
• Picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Promotes store sales.
• Asks questions to identify customer wants and needs.
• Refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
