Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) role to handle store accounting tasks, assist in tire and wheel sales, and deliver excellent customer service in line with company policies.

The position involves greeting customers, answering questions, providing quotes, and referring customers to qualified staff as needed, while also supporting inventory, credit programs, and general store operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment;

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, discussing needs and answering questions related to merchandise and services; providing quotes and referrals to qualified colleagues.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping; assists with store inventory and credit program administration; helps with picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes store sales; identifies customer needs and refers them to appropriate staff.
