Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a store associate to provide outstanding customer service in our Glendale, AZ location. You will support sales, merchandising, and daily operations while upholding PUMA’s brand values and service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. Base pay is competitive with benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service retail role (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Fast learner with basic MS Office and retail software skills.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high standards of customer experience in the store.
• Help the Store Manager with recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Assist with payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store leadership.
• Achieve inventory and shrink goals; manage counts.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise; comply with policies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
