Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sort, and move merchandise to the sales floor efficiently.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to support in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution to ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish visual merchandising standards and initial product presentation to company expectations.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, product integrity, and stock movement accuracy.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement for promotions.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time, maintaining pricing integrity across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures to reduce shrink and ensure proper reporting.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink through awareness and safe operations.
