The role includes training merchandisers, presenting effective merchandising methods, and executing at store level while ensuring product integrity and strong customer service. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to stores.
• Flexible or rotating schedule and reliable attendance.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Relieve Merchandisers routes and train staff on merchandising methods.
• Build displays, replenish inventory, and manage shelf stock.
• Sell and execute at store level while maintaining equipment.
• Maintain product integrity and clean, organized coolers and racks.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to ensure success.
