Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Relief in Georgia to build displays, replenish shelves, and manage cold equipment to ensure product availability.

You will train merchandisers, work with the Sales Supervisor, and foster positive customer relationships while maintaining stock rotation and product integrity. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic POS/merchandising tasks.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Merchandiser routes and train merchandisers.
• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves and cold equipment.
• Present merchandising training methods and sell at store level.
• Maintain product integrity and rotate stock in accounts.
• Keep coolers and racks clean and organized to company standards.
• Collect breakage data and provide leadership feedback on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to ensure success.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and provide great service.
• Respond to customer issues and troubleshoot where needed.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
