Job summary

Land of Lincoln Goodwill seeks a Store Production Team Lead to manage daily production in the donation processing area and support store goals on shift. You will lead staff, ensure quality of donations, and drive efficiency on the sales floor.

The role requires strong donor focus, minimal supervision, and commitment to mission-driven work. You will train staff, handle scheduling, and may serve as manager on duty as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year retail experience.
• Interacts with people with disabilities respectfully and maintains confidentiality.
• Maintains professionalism, integrity and ethical behavior.
• Follows LLGI policies and procedures.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• DSP training or ability to complete within 1 year.

They are accountable for the quality and quantity of the donations being sent to the sales floor. Their main responsibility is making sure that the store goals are met during their shift while actively participating in the collection of donations and production related duties. This is a position for experienced retail associates who lead by example and have the desire to grow within the organization. This position requires a strong donor focus, donation acquisition and process, the ability to operate with minimum supervision, and an understanding of business demands.Essential Job DutiesIn addition to the job duties of a Retail Associate, the Store Production Team Lead will also be responsible for the following:1. Support the Store Management team in evaluating the quality of the products going to the sales floor and assist Retail Associates in meeting expected goals2. Communicate the organization’s mission, vision, and values and promote diversity3. Train, coach, and provide feedback to help staff strengthen and develop skills in back-room operations4.
