Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts and services. You’ll use your parts knowledge to assist customers in person and over the phone, supporting fellow team members and ensuring a positive, fast-paced shopping experience.

The role emphasizes customer care, product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment. Prior parts store or automotive experience is welcomed, with opportunities to grow within

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear and motor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) – but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
