STORE/PRICE INTEGRITY LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Aptitude for managing people and organizing workloads
  • Ability to handle stressful situations tactfully and calmly, leaving a positive impression on associates and customers
  • Understanding of key department operations such as managing personnel, merchandising, inventory, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, and expense management
Desired Qualifications:
  • A dependable work record reflecting integrity
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations, including OSHA compliance
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain store UPC files, including price changes, deletions, and new items
  • Check in and test scan all vendors
  • Maintain weekly ad item scanning files
  • Ensure housekeeping in the computer room, including cleaning filters, sweeping, mopping, checking battery backup systems, and monthly power fail simulations
  • Copy PLU files twice weekly
  • Maintain documentation for all retail accounting activities
  • Test scan the entire store every six to eight weeks
  • Maintain Special Report Files (A.C. Nielson, Sami, and Item Movement Reports)
  • Promote, communicate, and implement company initiatives and process improvements positively to team members
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned
  • Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Perform essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodations
