Minimum Requirements:

• Prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, and training materials.
• Perform stock clerk and customer service duties as scheduled.

Desired Qualifications:

• Dependability and integrity in past work experiences.
• Knowledge of employment laws, OSHA compliance, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain store UPC files for price changes, deletions, and new items.
• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item scanning files.
• Ensure housekeeping in the computer room, including cleaning filters and checking systems.
• Copy PLU files twice weekly.
• Maintain documentation on retail accounting.
• Test store scan systems every six to eight weeks.
• Maintain Special Report Files (A.C. Nielson, Sami, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
• Adhere to company policies on dress code, grooming, sanitation, and harassment prevention.
• Work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
