Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Store Planner to create and maintain store-specific floor plans that align with approved scopes of work and merchandising strategies. You will develop multiple store layout projects, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with merchants and in-store teams to optimize space, layouts, and execution while meeting timelines and quality standards.

This role requires analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and the ability to translate business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns accuracy of store planning data and performs analytics to support decisions.
• Ensure integrity of store project floor plans and data; recommend space allocation and bay adjacencies; manage multiple layouts to scope, timelines, and quality metrics.
• Assist merchants and suppliers to define project strategy, articulate business requirements, and develop documentation and training materials.
