Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an ISE Project Planning Manager to lead detailed planning strategies for large in-store projects that affect customer shopping experiences. You will oversee cross-functional project teams of 10+ people and drive projects to completion on time, within scope and budget.

Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills are required, with 5–20% travel. A high school diploma or GED and 4 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, matrixed projects across multiple teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, cross-company project teams of 10+ people and define project strategy, scope and requirements.
• Ensure stakeholders are involved throughout the lifecycle and secure necessary resources.
• Own issue resolution to keep projects on time, within scope and budget.
