Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university with at least one class remaining.
• Be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization.
• Junior or Senior year preferred; major in Business, Finance, Retail/Merchandise, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance using financial data and KPIs to identify revenue opportunities.
• Forecast inventory needs and establish quantities for product launches and events.
• Develop merchandise strategies with Planning and Strategy teams using guest insights and data.
• Create product flow calendars with Visual Presentation to ensure cohesive storytelling across locations.
• Suggest replenishment and backfill strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
