Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance using financial reports, KPIs, and trend data.
• Forecast inventory needs and establish presentation quantities for launches.
• Develop merchandise strategies with Planning and Strategy teams using guest insights.
• Create product flow calendars and floor plans with Visual Presentation.
• Recommend replenishment and backfill strategies to maintain inventory.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure execution of merchandise plans.
