Job summary

The candidate will analyze performance KPIs, coach team members, and collaborate with district management to optimize operations and profitability while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state; willingness to obtain licensure as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience with inventory management and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing shifts, scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitors customer service and trains team members to deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences.
• Manages merchandising, inventory levels, stock replenishment and seasonal changes.
• Analyzes performance data and collaborates with district management to improve sales and control costs.
