Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or pharmacy assistant/ RPh as applicable by state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; trains and coaches team for improvement.
• Greets customers and clinic patients and assists with products and services.
• Models customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Resolves customer complaints and responds to special needs.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, and stock levels to avoid outs and overstock.
