• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitor and improve customer service and patient experience.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and pricing to drive sales and reduce losses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and store standards; supervise staff performance and training.
• Handle emergencies, maintenance, and store safety with district support.
