Martin's Super Markets is seeking a store-level Pharmacy Manager to oversee prescriptions, inventory, customer service and regulatory compliance. You will lead pharmacy staff, maintain records, and implement clinical programs including immunizations.

Strong knowledge of HIPAA and pharmacy laws is required; excellent communication and leadership are essential in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes adherence to company policies, audits, and driving safe, accurate dispensing while

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.
Two years' experience as a pharmacist.
Pharmacy License (in good standing) required in the state of operation.
Immunization Certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules, pharmacy laws, rules and guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong management, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team and work well with associates at all levels.
Continuing education hours must be completed to maintain license.
Working knowledge of perpetual inventory procedures and management.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Bilingual skills helpful based on demographic region.

Mansioni

Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations at the store level including prescriptions, inventory control and customer service to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain the pharmacy's compliance with Federal and State regulatory guidelines and Company policies.
Process and oversee new and refill requests from customers and clinics and fill prescriptions efficiently and courteously.
Maintain pharmacy records including customer profiles, insurance forms and registries.
Manage and implement pharmacy programs such as security measures and immunizations; provide clinical care as assigned.
Prepare responses to third party pharmacy audits as needed.
Meet or exceed operational metrics (gross/net profits, budgeted sales and payroll, Rx counts).
Provide leadership to pharmacy associates to foster a positive, high-performing store culture.
Manage staffing, training, performance management and development; monitor department goals and budget.
Maintain knowledge of legal regulations and industry trends; recommend program improvements.
Perform additional duties as needed.
