Job summary

Martin's Point Health Care is seeking a strategic leader to head the Pharmacy division, overseeing formulary strategy, vendor relationships, and performance metrics. This role requires deep cross-functional collaboration to optimize clinical outcomes and cost efficiency.

The Vice President will guide Medicare Advantage and USFHP programs, ensure CMS compliance, and drive improvements in STARS/HEDIS performance along with population health initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• PharmD, MBA preferred.
• Maine and New Hampshire pharmacy license (or eligible).
• 10 years' experience including managed care and retail pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy division to achieve financial performance, sustainability, growth, and targets.
• Direct the full scope of pharmacy operations including formulary management and vendor oversight.
• Ensure readiness for payer, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
• Establish and oversee performance metrics, data analysis, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure policies are clinically sound with EBM criteria and UM management activities.
• Partner across divisions to align clinical and business processes.
