Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED + 5 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacy assistant as required by state (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members.
• Greets customers and clinic patients, and offers assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to special needs.
• Supervises operation of the store and pharmacy, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Analyzes financial and performance data; develops action plans to increase sales and control costs.
• Manages team member performance by assigning responsibilities, setting goals and expectations.
• Makes hiring, promotion and termination decisions.
• Ensures staff training and compliance with policies and laws.
