Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with two years supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong ethics, motivation and communication skills
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and store operations to achieve company deliverables
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation and scheduling to ensure coverage
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members
• Monitors customer service metrics and develops coaching plans to improve customer experience
• Manages front-end and pharmacy inventory, pricing changes, and inventory procedures
• Analyzes financial data and KPIs to drive store performance and new initiatives
• Ensures compliance with company policies, laws, and store safety
• Plans and communicates store strategy with the Store Manager and District Manager
