Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.”

Responsibilities

• Monitors customer service and develops improvement actions.
• Greets customers and clinic patients, offering assistance with products and services.
• Models customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory management, and stock control to avoid outs and overstock.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and employment laws; maintains professional relationships.
