Walmart in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a store leadership professional to drive performance across operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will lead and develop teams, set clear expectations, and implement business solutions aligned with OBW standards.

You will manage budgeting, forecast by category, control expenses, and coach associates to deliver exceptional service while upholding Walmart values and a culture of belonging.

Formación

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards following the One Best Way service model.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous learning.
