Job summary

CarMax in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Cross Functional Store Manager in Training to lead a team of 10–15 associates across sales, service, merchandising, and operations. You will drive store budgets, develop personnel, and ensure a seamless customer experience while upholding CarMax policies and EH&S standards.

You will guide daily operations, analyze performance, and work with leadership to meet budget targets, with travel occasional for meetings and training as needed.

• Oversee training across sales, service, and operations to maximize execution.
• Ensure asset protection, risk management, and safety standards.
• Manage Environmental, Health and Safety programs for the location.
