Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing knowledgeable information about products.
• Contribute to developing plans to support business priorities.
• Monitor progress against plans and adjust to ensure operations are uninterrupted.
• Build and lead an effective team delivering positive athlete experiences.
• Enforce policies regarding safety and loss prevention.
