Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead major operational areas such as Guest Service, Fresh Production, In-Stock, and Inventory Control, ensuring impeccable hospitality and safe shopping experiences.

You will supervise scheduling, labor budgets, and act as Manager on Duty, delivering outstanding guest service while maintaining compliance with food safety and audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or general business.
• Proven success delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting performance goals.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Service, Fresh Production, In-Stock and Inventory Control to ensure hospitality and safety.
• Provide hands-on leadership and manage scheduling and labor within budgets.
• Be visible on the sales floor to engage guests and support team members.
