Lids Sports Group seeks a Store Operations Financial Analyst in Indianapolis, IN to analyze past and present financial and operational data, forecasting revenue and expenses for store operations. The role supports KPI reporting, budgets, bonuses, and executive reporting packages, partnering with field operations and District Sales Managers to drive performance across 1,300+ stores nationwide.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 0–2 years of experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 0–2 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Retail experience or understanding of retail environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex functions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional data and identify trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations with wage, bonus, and sales budget analytics.
• Develop reports on KPIs to track and forecast performance.
• Create ad-hoc analyses and communicate insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with District Sales Managers to identify opportunities to improve store results.
• Propose new wage/schedule structures and operational initiatives.
• Assist long-range forecast development for growth plans.
• Produce data-driven narratives to inform business decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
