Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Dry Goods Keyholder to support store operations and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and ensure our store looks inviting and organized.

You will also help train new hires, unpack stock, and assist with opening/closing duties, working day, evening, and weekend shifts to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and relationship-building skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to assist with training and onboard new hires.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers, being friendly and thanking them.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and meet individual sales goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business and highlight product knowledge to customers.
• Unpack and display stock and maintain a clean, visually appealing store.
• Assist with new hire training and open/close the store for business.
• Be available for varied shifts to cover store hours.
